I've been using R’s Koso since the start of 2021 as my go-to breakfast swap. I even tried a 3-day cleanse, and let me tell ya, it really works for shedding pounds and boosting gut health. That said, this stuff ain't cheap, so I might need to pause my Koso subscription every now and then to keep my budget in check.

This stuff is fantastic and packed with nutrients! My kids are all about it too. We enjoy it every morning. It really does wonders for our digestive health.

Initially, I wasn't a fan of this drink, but by the second day, it became more enjoyable (and after a few days, I actually started to appreciate the flavor). It appeared to assist a bit with my stomach problems, but it didn't fully fix everything. Given the price, I was hoping for better results.

I really enjoy the taste! I’d keep sipping on it as a drink! But man, the price is just too steep for that! I was hoping that after downing two bottles of Koso, my bowel movements would improve! They didn’t change, and maybe they got a bit worse than before! I’m still on the lookout for a better product that actually helps with my problem!

Up to now, I'm really enjoying this product. The flavor is a mix of plum wine and balsamic, but without that harsh vinegar kick. When I blend it with some sparkling water, it turns out pretty good. I'm excited about the potential health perks too.

I stumbled upon this product and, being Chinese, I’ve never seen anything quite like it! The mix of 100 different fruits, veggies, seaweeds, and mushrooms fermented with probiotics and prebiotics really caught my eye.

This drink is specifically designed for cleansing and fasting, which is right up my alley. I practice intermittent fasting and use this to break my fast, especially during those longer 2-3 day stretches.

The customer service was pretty helpful too. They answered my questions as best as they could, especially when I inquired about the organic certification. Since it’s made in Japan, they could only confirm verbally that it’s natural, but couldn’t provide proof that it’s free from pesticides or herbicides.

I was relieved that there were no extra duties or taxes when it shipped from the USA to Canada via UPS.

The Koso (the fermented drink) came in a standard bubble-wrapped package, and inside was a plain box. I got a bit anxious when I saw the instructions because I didn’t have the right measuring tools to pour out 30 milliliters into half a cup. But to my surprise, there was a plastic measuring cup attached to the cap of the bottle, which was perfect for the 30 ml I needed!

For those who’ve been to Asian or Chinese hot pot places, you know that sweetened plum juice they serve? This Koso has a similar flavor!

It did help with my hunger pangs, but honestly, half a cup wasn’t cutting it for me, so I ended up drinking a full cup with two 30 ml shots instead. It’s sweet and sugary, but you gotta mix that thick syrupy stuff with cold, room temp, or filtered water. I avoided hot water since I didn’t want to mess with the nutrients.

Koso is a food-based supplement meant for cleansing, not a meal replacement. I’ve been enjoying it, and it hasn’t interfered with my fasting routine. I’m two weeks in and already halfway through the bottle. If you stick to their cleanse schedule, this bottle won’t last more than a month. They do offer a subscription every 14/30/60/90 days at a 25% discount if you want to keep it as part of your cleanse plan.
